Thank you for shopping at Sincerely Sharmen. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1) Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Opened or used books/journals are not eligible unless defective.
2) Non-Returnable Items

Digital downloads, gift cards, custom or made-to-order items, and final-sale/clearance items.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3) Made-to-Order / Print-on-Demand
Some products are printed when you order. These are returnable only for defects, damage, or wrong item received. If an issue occurs, we will replace or refund according to your preference.
4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item:

Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue and packaging.

We’ll respond with next steps (replacement, exchange, or refund).
5) How to Start a Return

Email sincerelysharmen@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for your Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

Ship the item using the label/instructions we provide.
Unless we made a mistake or the item is defective, return shipping costs are your responsibility. For your protection, use a trackable service.
6) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (timing may vary by bank).

Original shipping is non-refundable.

If a bundle was discounted, partial returns may reduce or remove bundle discounts from the refund.
7) Exchanges
Prefer an exchange for the same item? Email sincerelysharmen@gmail.com and we’ll help if the item is in stock.
8) Cancellations / Address Changes

We can attempt to cancel or edit an order within 2 hours of purchase. After fulfillment begins, we’re unable to cancel.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, reship fees may apply.
9) Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:
